ŠKODA: Simply clever

ŠKODA is one of the most traditional vehicle manufacturers in the world. The Czech company was founded in 1895 as the bicycle manufacturer Laurin & Klement. Just ten years later, the first two-cylinder car was produced. In 1925, the company finally merges with the ŠKODA engineering group, which gives the company its now familiar name.
