Lancia - Style from Torino

The Italian car manufacturer Lancia was founded in Turin in 1906. The manufacturer is known for the style, comfort and environmental friendliness of its luxury class vehicles. In particular, the frequent development of new high-quality models in relatively small numbers is typical of Lancia.

Italian pioneering spirit


Early on, Italy's luxury carmaker inspired enthusiasm with innovations that were revolutionary at the time, including the self-supporting body. The courage to use unusual design variants and materials also earned the company a reputation as a "brand of engineers". The Italian car manufacturer has always held on to these features of its vehicles, even through crises and the growing demand for inexpensive small cars.

Lancia in motorsport


As early as 1927, Lancia was involved in various automobile races and rallies - and with great success. The Fulvia competed in the official World Rally Championship in 1970 and won the first world championship title two years later. In the Monte Carlo Rally, Lancia automobiles even took victory more than ten times, thus immortalising the role of the Italian automobile manufacturer in motorsport. The Delta Integrale is considered one of the most important rally cars in the world.
